Shared-Living House Rules

A respectful home begins with clear expectations. These highlights help prospective residents understand how Pink Panther Care supports a peaceful, responsible, and stable shared-living environment.

Our approach: Independent Living is built for adults who value personal responsibility, respect shared spaces, and want a practical foundation for greater stability and independence.

What residents can expect

Every resident receives the complete House Rules and move-in information before joining a home. The public overview below shares the most important expectations up front.

Peaceful shared living

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Residents and guests are expected to keep conversations, music, television, calls, and activity at a level that respects everyone’s rest.

Clean, cared-for spaces

Residents clean up after cooking and participate in a fair rotating chore schedule for shared spaces such as the kitchen, bathroom, trash, and living areas.

Food and shared supplies

Residents use labeled refrigerator and pantry space and respect one another’s groceries and belongings. Designated household supplies may be supported through a disclosed monthly contribution.

Guests and home access

Guests must respect house expectations. Extended or overnight visits require advance approval, and residents may never share keys, entry codes, or other access tools.

Safety and respect

Homes are smoke-free and do not allow candles, incense, alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, threats, violence, theft, or borrowing without permission. Cameras may be disclosed in common areas for safety.

Parking and resident responsibility

One designated parking space may be available per resident. Broken-down vehicles and unauthorized occupants are not permitted. Residents should report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

A good fit for the shared-living model

Pink Panther Care Independent Living Homes are best for adults ready to contribute to a respectful household, follow clear safety expectations, and take practical steps toward long-term stability.

Request Independent Living Information

An inquiry is not an admission, placement, reservation, lease, or availability guarantee. Full resident rules and move-in information are provided before placement.
