Frequently Asked Questions

What programs does Pink Panther Care offer?

Pink Panther Care offers Group Homes, Transitional Housing, and Independent Living pathways. The Assisted Living Facility program is established as a future offering and is currently labeled Coming Soon. Availability, location, eligibility, and capacity may change.

Who may be a good fit for Group Homes?

Group Homes may fit youth and young adults who benefit from a more structured, supportive environment while working on routines, education, employment readiness, life skills, and healthy community connection. Placements must align with applicable age ranges, placement authority, guardian requirements, case plans, court orders, and licensing standards.

Who may be a good fit for Transitional Housing?

Transitional Housing may fit adults rebuilding stability after homelessness, shelter residence, incarceration, or another major disruption. The program emphasizes practical routines, transition planning, community reentry, income or benefits goals, and preparation for longer-term housing.

Who may be a good fit for Independent Living?

Independent Living may fit working adults who manage most day-to-day needs and need a respectful, more affordable shared-housing bridge while strengthening financial stability and planning for next housing.

Is the Assisted Living Facility open now?

No. The Assisted Living Facility program model is established, but it is currently Coming Soon and is not accepting residents or providing services at this time. Visitors may submit a future interest request through the consultation form.

Does submitting the consultation form guarantee placement?

No. A consultation or referral request starts a conversation. It is not an admission decision, reservation, lease, placement guarantee, or guarantee that services will be available.

Can case managers and referral partners contact Pink Panther Care?

Yes. Referral partners are welcome to discuss a potential fit. Please share only the minimum information needed to begin the conversation and do not submit private health information through the website.

What are the basic shared-living expectations?

Written house rules and participant expectations apply. Core expectations include respectful behavior, no illegal activity or illegal drugs, no smoking inside, compliance with visitor rules, no unauthorized overnight guests, respect for privacy, property care, and shared-space responsibilities.

What happens if a participant violates program rules?

Pink Panther Care seeks to address concerns through communication, coaching, corrective planning, and safety measures when appropriate. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal from a program and may affect associated housing access, subject to applicable law, controlling agreements, placement requirements, licensing standards, and required notice or process.

Can a participant request an accommodation or raise a concern?

Yes. Participants may ask questions, request a reasonable disability-related accommodation, or raise a concern without retaliation. Pink Panther Care will explain the appropriate next step whenever possible.
