Pink Panther Care has established an assisted living program model for older adults and eligible adults who may benefit from compassionate support with daily living in a warm, residential environment. The program is designed to pair individualized attention with the comfort, connection, and respect that help a home feel like home.

A program designed with purpose
Our assisted living program is structured around the understanding that support needs can change while a person’s preferences, relationships, routines, and dignity remain central. The planned model is designed to help residents maintain as much independence as possible while receiving the appropriate day-to-day support outlined in individual service plans and agreements.
Personalized service planning
A resident-centered approach that considers individual needs, preferences, routines, goals, and authorized support requirements.
Daily living support
Planned assistance with everyday routines and personal-care needs, such as dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, reminders, and other approved supports.
Comfortable home-style living
A warm residential setting with regular household rhythms, shared meals, and attention to a resident’s comfort and personal preferences.
Medication and health coordination
Support, coordination, or referral related to medications, appointments, and health-care needs as authorized by the applicable plan, agreement, and staffing model.
Safety and dependable oversight
A program framework designed around wellness observation, emergency preparedness, fall-risk awareness, and timely communication with residents and authorized representatives.
Family connection and communication
Clear, respectful communication designed to help residents and authorized family members or representatives remain informed and connected.
Who may benefit from the future ALF program
The future assisted living pathway is intended for people who may benefit from support with daily activities, a more dependable routine, regular meals, companionship, or a residential setting that reduces the demands of living alone. Each future inquiry will be reviewed individually when the program is open, based on availability, program fit, required assessments, service needs, and applicable agreements.
