Youth and young-adult residential support

Structured support for young people building their next chapter.

Pink Panther Care Group Homes offer a welcoming residential environment for youths and young adults who benefit from stability, guidance, and a dependable place to grow. The program is especially relevant for young people moving toward adulthood, including those transitioning from foster care or another period of housing or family instability.

A home that supports forward movement

This is more than a place to stay. It is a home-based setting designed to help residents build practical routines, confidence, and connections while they pursue school, training, work, healthy relationships, and longer-term goals.

Predictable routines

Support around school, work, appointments, meals, chores, curfew, wellness, and day-to-day responsibilities.

Life-skills coaching

Practical development in budgeting, cooking, laundry, transportation, communication, time management, job readiness, and tenant skills.

Education and employment momentum

Encouragement to participate in school, training, work, internships, job search, or other next-step opportunities.

Mentoring and accountability

Respectful adult guidance that supports healthy decision-making, problem solving, and follow-through.

Individual goal planning

Goals that align with the resident’s placement plan, education, employment, health, and housing needs.

Community connection

Appropriate links to education, workforce, transportation, counseling, health-care, advocacy, and other local resources.

Who this pathway may fit

A Group Home may be a good conversation to start when a young person needs a more structured living environment, positive adult guidance, practical life-skills development, or a stable foundation while preparing for greater independence. Final fit, age eligibility, placement requirements, supervision needs, and availability are reviewed individually.

Start a thoughtful conversation

Families, guardians, case managers, and referral partners can contact Pink Panther Care to discuss the individual’s current situation, goals, support needs, and possible next steps. Please do not submit private health information through the website.

A structured beginning for the next stage of adulthood

For youth and young adults, a structured beginning can support the practical habits that make future housing more sustainable. Alongside individualized goals, Group Home participation may focus on routines, life skills, education or employment readiness, personal organization, healthy relationships, and trusted community supports.

When it is appropriate, some participants may later explore a Transitional Housing or Independent Living setting as part of an individualized plan. Such transitions are never automatic and depend on readiness, program fit, available capacity, required approvals, and the participant’s own choices.
