Tantanisha Mitchell, RN — Nurse Tan
Tantanisha Mitchell, RN, affectionately known as Nurse Tan, leads Pink Panther Care with a nursing-informed, person-centered approach to housing stability, dignity, and practical next steps.
She believes that a stable place to live can be the starting point for renewed confidence, meaningful routines, and a stronger next chapter. Her leadership centers on respectful communication, clear program pathways, and appropriate connections to community resources.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Erica Gainer
Erica Gainer serves as Operations Manager for Pink Panther Care. She brings several years of healthcare experience and holds an Assisted Living Facility Administrator certificate.
Erica supports the day-to-day operational structure that helps Pink Panther Care remain organized, responsive, and focused on respectful program coordination. Her experience strengthens the team’s approach to workflow, service planning, participant communication, and consistent program operations.

Dontriel Lawson
Dontriel Lawson serves as Facilities Manager for Pink Panther Care. A 16-year entrepreneur, he is the owner and co-founder of a successful commercial and industrial cleaning organization.
He brings practical leadership in facility readiness, operations, vendor coordination, and maintaining safe, well-kept environments that support program participants and dependable day-to-day services.

HOUSE PLACEMENT COORDINATOR
Tequila Gainer
Tequila Gainer serves as House Placement Coordinator for Pink Panther Care. Drawn to healthcare by a genuine heart for helping and caring for others, she supports thoughtful placement coordination and clear, practical next steps for program participants.
Guided by faith and family values, Tequila approaches each interaction with kindness, compassion, dignity, respect, and empathy. She helps keep communication timely, respectful, and organized among participants, staff, and referral partners throughout the program-placement process.
Outside of her role, Tequila enjoys singing, music, travel, and creating meaningful memories with family and friends.
